Is the CUE on your Cadillac looking like there are spider webs in the corner of the touch screen? Is the touchscreen park not working when you go to touch it? Well you’re probably facing the issue of a delaminated CUE screen.
Unfortunately, the only way to fix this issue is to have the CUE replaced… I know it sucks and hopefully you are still under warranty or you have an extended warranty because, the CUE replacement cost can get upwards of $1,200 with parts & labor.
After I replaced my CUE screen at the dealership I went out and bought Cadillac CUE screen protectors to prevent the delaminating from happening again.
