  1. I had my Cue replaced in August 2017 to the cost of $1600. The last month the replacement cue has been acting up and today unresponsive. Went by the Dealership on my way home from work and they said they will call me tomorrow IF they can help me a little!! I have had soooo many issues with my 2013 SRX. Sad because I really like my car but maybe time to say goodbye.

  2. What was the outcome of your issue? I thought if it was replaced at a replicable Cadillac dealership, they would stand behind their product. I am having problems with my cue (2013 ATS). They replaced my cue July 2017 and here I go again with the SAME problem. Cracking and not responding.

  3. I have had my CUE replaced twice on my 2014 srx and now its completely black. Will try to call dealer and see what they say
