Over on YouTube someone made a video showing how to fix the Cadillac CUE. I have yet to try this one my own frozen CUE. The video appears to have mentioned the spot in the upper right where I mentioned on a post back.

The CUE failure ( spider cracking and not working) is widely occurring in the 2013\2014 XTS SRX and ATS .
We have complained to the gov, yet not responded.

Wow, that’s interesting because I own a 2013 Cadillac SRX and I am currently having problems with my Cue screen. It’s frozen. I did a hard reset and NOTHING.
