Has the “Voice Volume” showed up in your setting and you can’t get it off? It almost seemed as if it was stuck and wouldn’t go any lower. I don’t know if it had anything to do with the rear seat entertainment settings.
It all happened when I had my phone plugged in to the USB and the rear entertainment DVDs were playing. I got a call and immediately removed the phone from the USB so it wouldn’t go onto Bluetooth. Well after I unplugged the phone the “Voice Volume” showed up on the menu in the dash cluster.
The only way I was able to get it out of the “Voice Volume” and revert back to the Audio Volume was to turn the car off completely. Has this happened to anyone else?
